1. Definitions

• "Chokdee Jai", "we", "us", "our" — the business operating the website and educational programmes
• "Programme" — any course, session, or educational service offered by Chokdee Jai
• "Participant", "you", "your" — any person who accesses the website, submits an enquiry, or enrols in a programme
• "Content" — all text, materials, templates, and resources provided during or in connection with a programme
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the participant also accepts these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Chokdee Jai provides financial education programmes for adults, covering topics such as household bill management, condominium investment awareness, and expatriate financial coordination. All programmes are delivered as educational sessions and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or legal counsel.

Programmes are currently offered in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and are available to individuals aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of your payment in full. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all session materials unless otherwise stated. The following fees apply:

• Monthly Bill Management — ฿2,800 per participant
• Condominium Investment Awareness — ฿8,400 per participant
• Expatriate Financial Coordination — ฿14,500 per participant

We accept payment by bank transfer and such other methods as we may notify you of from time to time. Your place in a programme is not reserved until payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. The following cancellation terms apply:

• 7 or more days before the first session: Full refund, less any bank transfer charges
• 3–6 days before the first session: 50% refund
• Fewer than 3 days before the first session: No refund; however, you may transfer your place to another person
• Cancellation by Chokdee Jai: Full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
• Use course materials solely for your own personal learning
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without our written consent
• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or completing enrolment
• Not use this website or its content for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, frameworks, and website content are the intellectual property of Chokdee Jai. Upon enrolment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the provided materials for your own personal educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, share, sell, or otherwise distribute any materials to third parties.

8. Educational Nature of Content

Chokdee Jai provides educational information to support informed personal decision-making. Nothing presented in our programmes or on this website constitutes financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances. We encourage all participants to consult qualified professionals for decisions specific to their situation.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes and website are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy and relevance, we make no representations as to the completeness or timeliness of the information provided. Financial markets, tax regulations, and property conditions in Thailand change over time, and programme content may not always reflect the most current developments.

Participation in our programmes does not assure any particular financial outcome. Individual results will vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Chokdee Jai's liability in connection with any programme or use of this website shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation or from reliance on educational content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Chokdee Jai harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials, or any act or omission that causes harm to another participant or third party.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood how we use your data.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to withdraw a participant from a programme where their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided. We may also suspend or terminate access to this website at our discretion.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly so that we may work toward a fair and reasonable resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or participation in programmes after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
